I'm so glad you found Greg, Seymour! (Especially since you're on past midnight! πŸ˜†)
@sarahsalith well spotted still Sarah, that a nice thing to say. Have you been with Greg from the start?
Stunning. 🀩 Thanks for sowing seeds πŸ™πŸΌ
Oohhh amazing Idea for us Newbies πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ man you think of everything! I really appreciate this. I’m excited and scared all at the same time πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ My Wife told me that since she ordered him for me she’s gonna name him πŸ™ŒπŸ™ŒπŸ™Œ
@Seymour not from the start. But I consider myself a part of the OGs! I think I've been around since the first year of Greg, but not right from the start.
Y’all are just determined to make me want a nepenthes…. Well, it’s working! I guess the sarracenia was the gateway pitcher plant πŸ˜„
@Mallinali Hi Adrian, so how far along are you towards a Nepenthes journey? Some people have only just bought one but if I can help answer any questions, just add my handle and let me know. Thanks for the comment πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜Š
@PlantLord Mike, let me know if you have any questions. But as I like to say and the meme says it for me ...
Thanks for posting thisβ€”it’s SO helpful!!! Especially with all my newly acquired pretties! 😁
@LaSiguanaba Thought it might be useful and I keep forgetting where the info is that I have posted over the time.
I am selfish, I just want to see everyone's healthy pitcher plants so I can have a plantgasm as some recently suggested to me πŸ˜† 🀣 πŸ˜‚ 😹 But pitcher plants are special and maybe you may even end up with a Cephalotus (although they have been know to experience what I call Cephacide, they are totally worth it, I may post a new picture below)
@LaSiguanaba completely unrelated to a Nepenthes but here is a photo from this morning showing a new pitcher (the big green one) next to one of thr original pitchers that managed a tan (those that tan are very lucky and beautiful 😍 🀩) so my cephalotus must be doing well as they end up growing a bigger pitcher each time they grow. You wouldn't be human if you didn't fall in love like I did, now I just want more. I fear you would swoon like I did when I saw one in the flesh, so to speak, cute and stunning beautiful 😍 🀩
@sarahsalith Good that you are still around so I can enjoy your company and also learn from a veteran! Hard to believe I have only been here a short month or so.
@Macstracks I do like the sound of your wife more and more, and I look forward to your great photos and her name...all in good time. I just hope she is understanding how addictive Greg can be! But if someone bought me a Nepenthes, I would happily allow them to name it. Just let your wife know that she will have some big fans for getting you such a great living gift 🎁 πŸ™Œ πŸ‘ ❀️ ✨️ 🌱
@Seymour I love these so much!!! They are amazingly beautiful!!! 🀩
@LaSiguanaba oh, you mean Dana Scully. Yes they are beautiful. You can easily fall in love with them when you see them in real life...very popular for CP fanatics. Photos don't do them justice
@Seymour Your photos of them are lovely! I can’t wait until my baby nepenthes grows big and strong!
