Hi guys! I met the guy that runs @/bigredplants on Etsy and look at this Goliath monstera! She is a beauty if I’ve ever seen one. He also gifted me a lil guy which I am very excited to watch grow :) very sweet guy! 🌱 wishlist plant finally acquired today! And I’m in love 😍 Variegated Philodendron Florida Beauty 💚 I found (finally!) a seller that was selling them rooted in leca already so I didn’t have to make the transition, gotta say I love that! I knew from the listing pix it had some spots on one leaf but nothing I can’t fix although not sure what it’s from exactly yet( any suggestions appreciated 😊 also found this gorgeous moonlight at the nursery yesterday and had to grab her! #GregGang #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #HappyPlants #PlantAddict #Philodendron #FloridaBeauty

I started propagating a few Rex begonia leaves with stems some weeks ago in water and when I just checked, there are little babies! Aren’t they the cutest little leaves! I started getting discouraged because there was nothing going on, then boom! We got action! Peace Lily! My drama Queen of the house…. After having her for almost a year, nursing her back to health with lots and lots of new leaves….and then having a very dramatic re-pot that lasted for a month…. I was starting to think she was just done for as she wasn’t even giving me new leaves…. After weeks of increased sunlight she finally came out of shock and wasn’t droopy anymore but just wasn’t doing anything. Then I noticed a new leaf and thought ok, good, we are moving the right direction. And to my surprise I discover her first bloom since rescuing her!! Her “sibling” went to my parents house and was in good health. That one has put out more than a dozen blooms since last year. But finally!! Finally!!!! The 1 that wasn’t doing so well when I got it has finally bloomed! 😁🤩 #PeaceLily #DramaticPlants #divaplants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PLANTMAFIA

Plant chores! I can’t decide if making soil mix is fun or not? It took me a week to get through washing a small containers of pon and pumice, sieving and washing perlite, washing and soaking leca. 😅 But it’s fun to dump a bunch of things together and mix them up! 😝 Hopefully I’m now set for the summer months. I highly recommend rinsing (not down your drain) soil amendments. All the materials get ground up a bit in shipment and get covered with fine bits of sediment that can make your soil much more heavy and suffocating. Especially if you purchase the non chunky bag of perlite, because it was convenient to grab at the hardware store… I recommend straining it and getting the worst of the fine bits and dust out (but do that outdoors and preferable with a mask or respirator). #PlantAddict #SoilMix #PlantChores #GregGang

Hey friends White Princess Philos (or that’s how it’s labeled) are dropping in krogers all over the country for 30$ With that being said of course I snagged one and she’s gorgeous but after 2 days of chilling (I’m keeping her away from other plants and then she’s getting repotted and systemic and captain jacks all the things, with that being said today I noticed her white spots become transparent? Ok so made one last stop today at Home Depot, for all you #Philodendron lovers, they’re stepping up their game💚 found lots of Rojo Congo, Green Diamond (which I believe Proven Winners calls Imperial Green), Florida Green & Mayoi. I grabbed the Mayoi & Florida Green, a Tradescantia Feeling Flirty, Euphorbia Ferox, & super bushy Haworthia 💚 There’s extra floral nectaries on the philos creating some sap and I didn’t see them at first so I was going over them with a fine tooth comb (pest check to find the source) 😂 #PlantsMakePeopleHappy #PlantAddict #PhiloFlock #GregGang #officiallyhoardingatthispoint
