should I change the pot for this bamboo?

#Dracaena new incoming plant mom! this is what she came in but I was just curious if I should change the pot with soil and a drainage system?

I would definitely change the pot since it looks like it’s starting to get root bound. I wouldn’t add a drainage system because it looks very healthy and I have one that is much bigger and still doesn’t have one. I keep it in a glazed terracotta pot with small river rocks. Hope this helps! 😊
