I’m not one to buy plants that often but when i saw this Ficus Alii on Marketplace for $25 I knew I needed it. I’ve been wanting a tall floor plant for my porch and i think this is it. It’s a little bare in some areas, but I’ve trimmed it up and gave it some food! So we’ll see what it does in a few weeks. Apparently some of the new growth comes out twisted and curly and then flattens out, so I’m interested in seeing that 💚🌱 Does anyone also have this #ficusalii #ficus #FicusFam #newplants #freshleaves #FicusGang

STOP THE PRESSES! I moved my rescue ficus outside today to get a nice post-winter shower and all the morning sun. ☀️ As many of you might remember, my husband found this plant very sad at his job and brought it home for me to save. ⛑️ Well, I removed the tape I had on the pot to keep my 20 month's hands out of the soil and LOOK! 👀 I am floored! And terrified.
