Lenten rose
My outdoor Lenten roses are growing leaves but no flowers? Any ideas? #LentenRose

I have no clue what's a lenten rose, but with all flowering plants it's the same: you can't force them. You can encourage using a high phos and potash [the P and the K respectively in the NPK ratio], but you shouldn't neglect the nitrogen [N] as well, for overall health of the plant
