Growth on #Philodendron Verrucosum

So, I repotted my Verrucosum (a cutting and a new sprout) as I posted before and installed a moss pole. They are being treated with the best treatment ever - grow lights, humidifiers, top game.

Question: is it a slow grower?

I *do not* mean getting huge leaves out of it. I mean it getting me... anything at all!

I know my way around Philodendrons. It's just this one in particular.

Should I expect to see any development in weeks or is it a longer game? I mean, new growth, any at all, attachment to the pole, new leaves... you get the idea. I've been through so much with this plant I've become somewhat... impatient and, to be fair, I have kinda lost hope that it will someday thrive :/

Can someone that has grown one from the start give me more of a big picture idea?
