Odd spots

I’ve just noticed these dark brown spots on my cactus are they something to be worried about? Thank you!

Glad it’s you and not me! They stuck me if I even think about them. I think yours just stuck me! You’re supposed to leave them alone, I don’t do cactus, but I saw someone chop the ugly top off of one and propagate it so maybe you can try that.
