Alocasia red mambo leaf turning brown and kind of wet/oil...
Leaf started to brown about 2 weeks ago. I don’t want to lose it :(. I’ve had the plant for 3 months exactly. The brown part is moist as opposed to dry.
soil mix is perlite with some vermicompost and easy draining. I top-down water with rainwater every 3-4 days when top couple cm are dry. Plastic pot has drainage, repotted 2 months ago.
Kept indoors at 60-80% humidity and around 86 f / 30 c, 1ft from a North-facing window, no direct light.

i would say you’re probably overwatering!! alocasias don’t love to be overwatered, so try to let your soul dry out at least an inch before you water, more like a week, maybe more!
