Any advice for these pups?

I got this Crassula over summer and it started growing pups and losing its adult leaves. I kinda liked the idea of cutting a little below the 3 pups on the top to see how it would grow (check marking on second photo) but I’m scared it may be difficult for it to grow roots.. I’ve started to remove the ones toward the bottom of the plants once they’ve grown big enough. I’m hoping i can keep the momma alive. So, I've been watching a bunch of the shorts from this youtube...

I don't always understand what is going on exactly, but, from their shorts, it seems that you could DEFINITELY cut that off and replant it-- and new pups will gros on the stem
I love your pots! Your pups will be gorgeous. Give the mother a lot of tlc, and maybe she will give you more pups. Good luck πŸ‘
