neem oil is effective but smells really awful to some people. the dish soap solution mentioned above works well too. for minor infestations, you can put your plant in the sink or shower and use water to clean off all the leaves. spider mites thrive in hot, dry environments, so make sure to mist often and keep the humidity up.
