Powdery mildew on our rose
Our rose has started to grow all of its leaves back after them all falling off in winter. We transplanted our rose into a larger pot, and know it is not root bound. It grew several new leaves and now the mildew is back! The rose is in sad shape and I don't know what to do. We have treated it with Bioadvanced Rose & Floeer insect killer, which claims to stop the mildew. It has not seemed to help, if anything the leaves are dying off again. The leaves have been dry, and the rose has not been outside since last fall. We have the rose under a grow light with our other plants that are flourishing. What can be done to save the rose?

Ethan, just about all of the leaves are infected at this point, do I cut them all off?

@AngelicSainfoin sorry for the late response
@AngelicSainfoin yes do cut ALL leaves with mildew on them, allowing the plant to grown back healthier leaves
@AngelicSainfoin also improve wind circulation in your home at make sure to not mist the leaves too often
