It may have a fungal disease called powdery mildew.
Mix some Vinegar with water then add it to the plamt to get rid of the white leaves. It seems to work for me sometimes

Yeah or any Vinegar has antibacterial properties like when there is mould on the ceiling âĪ

Distilled Vinegar would be fine 🙂
