Looks like it needs more light! These guys need a lot of good light. If you can’t get it closer to a window, then you should get a grow light. It needs to be right next to a window for very bright, indirect light.

If that inner pot has drainage holes you can put something under it so there's a little resevoir between the pots for excess water to drain into :)
