Just leave it out of soil, its an air plant. As long as its in a light humid environment! But keep it out of direct sunlight, iโ€™d say move it from your window onto a shelf nearby :)
I agree with @xiao t this is an air plant. Be sure to give it a good soak when you water or, shake off excess water and hang it up to dry! I know @sarah10orio has her Spanish Moss in her shower area, they do love humidity. In the South they hang from trees, here's an article about Spanish Moss
