Dying Madagascar Jasmine
Guys desperately need an advice
Repotted this Madagascar #jasmine on June 20
After purchasing it looked well but there was fabric looking mesh on its roots so I freed them and potted with new trellis and soil mix.
Watering according Greg schedule and always checking moisture level with moisture meter.
Is it just transplant shock? Or my Jasmine buddy says bye bye..

7β pot with drainage

A plantβs roots are sooooo super teeny that no matter how careful you are while repotting, theyβll be damaged. Your plant will spend a few weeks after repotting getting those roots reestablished in the new soil, so it may look like itβs not doing so good. This is especially true if removing the mesh was pretty invasive.
Fewer roots = less water the plant can slurp up = a thirsty looking plant.
Itβs also normal for a few leaves to drop while the plant focuses on growing new roots. Nothing to worry about, and it should be back groovinβ and growinβ in another week or so!
