My golden monkey tail cactus (Hildewintera aureispina) has flowered for the first time in my care. I was gifted her in November, the flower is so beautiful I was in awe.

@HoyaAddict I’m in love with your golden monkey tail. I really want to add one to my cactus collection. I have a peanut cactus that is similar. I recently moved it to a full sun window in hopes it will bloom. Your cactus has such beautiful golden glochids.

@Rockrlee Thank you so much! I was gifted it by a lovely elderly man who grew lots of cacti from seed. He gave me about 16 plants and this was the largest, I’ve had them since November and was surprised they bloomed so soon. Absolutely beautiful and now i would love a white one to hang beside it. Mine hang outside all day. They get direct sun all morning until about 1pm. Looking forward to seeing your future baby!
