I am wondering did your plant get moved? Moving while it’s flowering can cause flower dropping. It needs humidity a mist can help. I don’t know anything about the time between waterings, but I remember they like bright indirect sunlight only. I have a porch that gets 4 hours of indirect sunlight I made the mistake of moving to an area of my yard that gets more indirect sunlight and mine dropped all their flowers to punish me for moving them! Then my son bought a new one I planted it right where I knew it would get 6 or more hours of indirect sunlight. It’s doing great- in my neighbors yard! lol.
