@StoutTigerjade that's what I think. As long as it's staying firm. You can see it similarly on this euphorbia I have. The yellowing near the base is all this summer being insane.

@StoutTigerjade are you in an area that is super hot rn because of this crazy summer? I've been watering my cacti outside like every 3-4 days just to keep up.

@RJG yes we’ve had a brutal summer with the heat and very little rainfall. Live in the high desert area of the southwest at elevation a mile high. So the yellow doesn’t indicate overwatering, maybe just need more frequent watering?
