Have you checked the roots lately? It looks overwatered and depending on how long it’s been like that, it could be struggling with root rot. I would suggest gently taking the plant and checking the roots!
If you see the roots are mushy and black, I would say you have a case of root rot. To help fix, snip off any bad looking, mushy root and gently clean off with water and some isopropyl.
