Eating garlic shoots and growth process?
Um so my little garlic experiment exploded in growth. Apparently the green shoots can be eaten? Also how does new garlic form from this? Someone satiate my curiosity before I turn to google. Thanks!

So sorry I’ve got nothing in regards to farming, but I wanted to say that’s the most beautiful home-grown garlic plant I’ve ever seen. Great great job @FigNewton
Yes, the scapes (green stuff) can be eaten. Your garlic will grow a bigger bulb if you cut it anyway.
