Rex Begonia Question
Are the leaves of this guy supposed to turn more red? Is this a lighting issue or is there something else I should be doing? I have had it for a little over 2 months now.

It looks like the leaves are supposed turn a bit more red from friends I’ve seen with this plant. It’s supposed to be placed in good, but indirect light. Direct sunlight can burn the leaves. Water it so that the potting mix you use is moist, but allow it to dry out a bit between waterings and feedings. It might also depend on what one you got. There are some color variations that I’ve seen, so the color of your leaves could be just fine.
I have a rex begonia as well and it seems to be more silver than red in color even though when I got it it was mostly red. I keep mine in my south facing window hidden behind my other plants in the window so idk if light is the issue or if it's a temp thing as my window does get kinda cold at night at the moment. It might be a seasonal thing maybe, but I'm not sure. Is yours getting new leaves at the moment?
I have 2, well one now (there was an accident) … and they were different colors. I heard the pH of the soil impacts their color. They like acidic soil. And bright indirect light. And they don’t like to get completely dry either.
