Rex Begonia Question
Are the leaves of this guy supposed to turn more red? Is this a lighting issue or is there something else I should be doing? I have had it for a little over 2 months now.

It looks like the leaves are supposed turn a bit more red from friends Iβve seen with this plant. Itβs supposed to be placed in good, but indirect light. Direct sunlight can burn the leaves. Water it so that the potting mix you use is moist, but allow it to dry out a bit between waterings and feedings. It might also depend on what one you got. There are some color variations that Iβve seen, so the color of your leaves could be just fine.
I have a rex begonia as well and it seems to be more silver than red in color even though when I got it it was mostly red. I keep mine in my south facing window hidden behind my other plants in the window so idk if light is the issue or if it's a temp thing as my window does get kinda cold at night at the moment. It might be a seasonal thing maybe, but I'm not sure. Is yours getting new leaves at the moment?
