Mold issue? #WhiteVelvet

Should I be concerned about this mold? I let the soil dry out between waterings but noticed this mold today.

I think it’s just the plants’s appearance. Its nickname is a cobweb spiderwort (shudder).

That looks like fungus. I would repot
