My peach tree doesn’t have any leaves someone please help...

Hi, Rabia! If you recently planted it, it's best to water a little bit daily to ensure the roots get settled. Too little water can cause the leaves to fall off.

You can scrape the bark to make sure that it's still green. Green is good. (:
