can we get a picture please? It really helps to visualise what is happening. Also, did the leaves start changing color before they fell? If so, what color? Do they look wrinkly and soft? Do they feel crinkly and hard? Let me know so I can help! Be sure to include pictures of the whole tree and the problem areas
Peach trees like humid places and they like full sun. It seems you have it in the shade. They also like fertile soil. When is the last time you fertilized it? Also, does your soil have drainage holes? Those are a must for peach trees. Is the soil loose? They like loose soil mixed with sand too.
Also, you may want to wait until it's bigger to let it grow fruits. Ideally, you should cut off the flowers when it is small like this and wait until it is like 5 feet tall before letting it grow fruits, assuming you plan to keep it as a full-size tree

All it takes is a quick google search and 5 minutes of reading 1 or 2 articles to know the ideal conditions for a peach tree. Please do your research before posting about issues, because many of them can be solved with a 5 minute google search. Good luck with your tree and let us know if it's still doing poorly after you move it to full sun, repot it, fertilize it, and remove the fruits. Best of luck!
@SesameSeeds777 it get 5 hours of full sun in the morning and 7 hours in the afternoon! It does have drain hole and the soil is soft it has been ๏ฟผ fertilized within the last couple of weeks! Should I go ahead and cut the fruit off ?
oh. Sorry, I just assumed it was in a shady area because of the picture. Looks like you did do your research, good job! But usually when a plant says "full sun" it means between 6 and 8 hours for most plants. My next guess is probably too much light. Looks like you may be overcaring for it lol! Also, yes, you should cut the fruit off. I know it hurts because we really look forward to the fruit of our labors, but you really need to wait until it gets bigger. Growing fruit takes energy away from growing new leaves, and it especially needs new leaves after the ones that just fell off. In a couple of years, it will grow bigger and you'll get more fruit without putting your plant at risk! It took our cherry tree like 7 years to grow big enough to produce fruit without putting it at risk. It's like 7 feet tall now.
