Care plan for plantID?

Wondering if I’ve got the plantID right with Greg on this one. Greg says Peperomia. Bought this little guy off a clearance rack for low light houseplants, but there was no info attached to the plant beyond that! I know baby rubber plants can be variegated, but the leaf shape has me wondering if the ID is accurate?…I’m trying to make sure my environment is right; I noticed the baby leaves only were abruptly falling off last week, having not appeared sickly beforehand. I moved him to a location with a bit more light this week. soil still feels fairly moist. There’s new buds all over (tried to capture example in photo) which makes me feel he’s at least half happy with me!🀞But before I follow any troubleshooting tips for peperomia I want to make sure the ID is correct. Thoughts? #PlantID #Peperomia

Greg is honestly kinda dumb with identifying and water recommendations. I use Google lens for ID. This actually looks like a "triangle fig." See below:

Peperomias are generally thicker in both foliage and stems. Hope this helps! Good luck! ☺️πŸͺ΄
Lol @pothosslut, Greg do tend to get it wrong at times... Agreed on the triangle fig.
It looks like some type of variegated fiddle leaf fig.
I thought at first it was a baby rubber tree, but the leaf shape and texture is not the same as your plant. (I attached a photo of my baby rubber tree)..
Either way it’s a beautiful plant, I haven’t seen one before! Very unique find. Just a reminder that variegated plants have a much harder time photosynthesizing due to the lack of green pigment, so your plant will need extra sunlight to compromise. it can also loose variegation if the lighting isn’t correct. β˜€οΈπŸŒΏ
Thank you all so much! Triangle fig it is :) Did not know this about variegated plants. Read that link and care info and now I’m really thinking this guy was misplaced in the β€œlow light” aisle.
That’s a great find on clearance!
@KDkat3 I’m even more convinced now that this plant was misplaced in every way! Had a β€œlow light houseplant” marker stuck in the soil, no other identifiers, and close to a bunch of other markdowns. The barcode was blacked out with a marker so when I asked a clerk how much, they just estimated based on the other plants nearby. My clueless self didn’t know any better - I feel so lucky with this one!
