Wow, that sucks. They are VERY invasive and challenging to eradicate. Usually this site is for helping plants survive.

I'll help you anyway. The only way to eradicate them is to literally get out there and start digging. You have to get the tubers up from out of the dirt by digging around them.

Simply pulling them won't work they will just enter dormancy and come back later.

You will have to dig very deep to get all of the roots.

Be sure to wear gloves It can be very irritating to the skin so wear gloves.

And, be very persistent you might have to do it for a few consecutive years unfortunately.
Dig up and put it in pots to sell as houseplants (making sure you tell people about the invasive nature if planted in ground). Make some money off of it! I think it's 😍 pretty, but only potted. 😁
