Oh no, those are mealy bugs!!! To remove, you want to get a cotton swab with alcohol and wipe them off. To clear the whole plant, get Dr. Bronners and add a squirt to a gallon of water. Submerge the entire plant for 30 minutes or spray down the entire plant. I’d also look for these on nearby plants because they do travel. After thirty minutes, fully rinse and keep an eye for more popping up.
