Can this plant be bushier? If so how do I encourage that?...

@TrueblueChervil Welcome to the Greg community! You have chosen a very slow growing plant. Yes, with proper care and pruning, Starfish snake plants (Sansevieria 'Boncel') can become bushier and more full, though they are a slow grower. Here's a breakdown of how to encourage bushier growth:
Pruning:
For a bushier look: Trim overgrown stems just above a leaf node.
Remove damaged or yellowing leaves: Cut them at the base to prevent issues from spreading and encourage new growth.
Prune sparingly: Starfish snake plants are slow growers, so prune sparingly, especially during their active growth phase (spring to early fall). Care:
Sunlight: While they can tolerate low light, they thrive in bright, indirect light.
Water: Allow the soil to dry out completely between waterings to prevent root rot.
Fertilize: Feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer during the growing season (spring and summer).
Repotting: Repot in spring if needed, using a well-draining potting mix. Propagation:
From leaf cuttings: Starfish snake plants can be propagated from leaf cuttings, which can help create multiple plants and a fuller look.
Patience:
Remember that Starfish snake plants are slow growers, so it takes time to see them fill out and become bushier. Happy Growing!
