Why does it keep happening? 😭
I'm not even sure what I'm doing wrong at this point. This is not the first type of this plant that has died

It looks extremely wilted (meaning overwatered) and scorched (direct light has burned the plant).
I would trim the dried leaves off, and transplant it in a new pot with drainage. Do not disturb the rootball so you don’t shock the plant. Don’t water for a few days and let the plant settle.
After a few days, make sure to place in a medium-light area and then water if needed 🌿
