Any advice for these pups? I got this Crassula over summer and it started growing pups and losing its adult leaves. I kinda liked the idea of cutting a little below the 3 pups on the top to see how it would grow (check marking on second photo) but I’m scared it may be difficult for it to grow roots.. I’ve started to remove the ones toward the bottom of the plants once they’ve grown big enough. I’m hoping i can keep the momma alive. I love my Hobbit Jade but right now Hemingway is ticking me off 🤬 I’ve had nothing but issues since I got him. His predecessor was great w/ very little issues and was happy with home made potting soil and sand mix. This one was hydrophobic when I got him so switched out to a terracotta pot and started bottom watering. Tried out soil for succulents thinking he would like it and wouldn’t have to water every 3-4 days. How very wrong 😑 I was. Now have to repot and switch out the current soil w/the potting soil/sand mix I had used before. Grr 😠 My other succulents enjoy the succulent soil I got ‘em.

Can I repot this plant even though it's October? My springtime crassula has finally grown long enough to tip her pot over. Conventional wisdom says to wait until spring, but I don't want to have her resting on her lower leaves for that long.
