Definitely recommend. Hi #brunchataudreys boys and girls! It's time for another Friday post. What have I had going on this week you ask? Oh, just the most terrifying mealy bug you've ever seen, courtesy of my #Crassula Petite BiColor 😱 I found out that disturbing tail is called a filament (thanks, I hate it!). Let this be a lesson to us all: routinely check plants for pests, especially those with dense tangles of stems and leaves. Fortunately the infestation wasn't as bad as this heinous creature would lead you to believe. Right after recording the video, he and his band of misfits met their end in a pool of isopropyl alcohol. Thank goodness it was successful, because my next move was burning down my house 🔥😜 Be grateful we can't post video, because seeing this thing move in realtime would haunt your dreams for all of eternity (as if the still shot isn't nightmare-inducing on its own!)🫣😩 In other less-horrifying news, I was gifted four new plants by a sweet old lady named Olga. Unlike many freebie plants I receive, Olga took fantastic care of her babies. I got a #thanksgivingcactus, a #DwarfUmbrellaTree, a #PrayerPlant (first attempt with one, wish me luck with this notoriously finicky gal!🤞), and a gorgeous #Monstera (photos to come). We're in for some lovely weather over the next few days here in San Francisco — a high of 74°F on Monday?!? Yes please! Hope you all are enjoying spring wether as well. My little plant split in 2 so I shoved the fallen comrade in the soil & hoped for the best. Does she look okay? I've ignored all intrusive thoughts to check for roots but judging by the fact she hasn't wilted, there must be, right? 😬 thank you ❤️

The care guide says I should give my jade 53 mg of fertilizer today - but I have liquid organic fertilizer that dilutes into water. How do I calculate liquid equivalent? Since my jade isn't due to be watered for another 5 days, should I wait to feed?

I have 6 very young jade plants. They’re about 4-5 inch’s tall. Do I put each one in its own pot or can I group some together? New to this hobby! They’re doing great! Already have new growth on each of them. Helen
