Are you using tap water? Kinda looks like calcium deposits from water drying on the leaves. My biggest concern is for mealy bugs. This type of plants is very suseptible to mealies. Isolate from other plants and begin treating. You can wipe those areas with some rubbing alcohol weekly for 3 was. That one dark spot under the leaf looks like a scale bug. Treat that area as well. Good luck.
It looks more like mineral deposits on the last pic with the tops of leaves it should rub off fine with a cloth or fingers.
I agree with @Stall54Jo, can never be too careful with mealys I quarantine any plant with any signs of maybe mealybugs for a couple of weeks to be safe, don't want them spreading.

@Stall54Jo I have a desktop humidifier that may be causing a mineral deposit. So thatβs an easy fix. Iβll try the rubbing alcohol treatment too. Thank you!
