Succulent identification?

I picked this guy off the floor of my nursery and have been propagating for a few weeks, couldn't find any identification online and where I found him was nowhere near where the actual plants were for sale... Help? He's green with white edges, purple variegation on some of the leaves (older ones), he sprouted an arial root almost as soon as I popped him in water... I'd love to know who I'm taking care of!
