Succulent aerial roots?
Have been in intense rehabilitation mode with this guy. These two new growths at the top have just started putting out roots! Does this mean I should water it more frequently? Any tips to encourage growth elsewhere on the plant? You can see some additional new growth around the soil and one on the main stem! Thank you!

Watering normally is all you need to keep doing. Let the soil dry out all the way between waterings. Soak the soil and let it drain. Having grittier soil with less water retention also helps prevent issues caused by staying moist for too long
You could also propogate the pieces with the roots as new plants.
