California sunset's amazing growth journey

This baby has changed so much since I posted her first photo on August 10th. She’s so healthy, happy, and beautiful πŸŽ€β€οΈπŸͺ΄ #CaliforniaSunset #SucculentLove #HappyPlants #PlantMoms #GrowthProgress

At first when I got this plant, I didn’t favor her as much because of her simplicity. but now she’s one of my favorites because of how well she has done even when I would forget about her. She has faced many challenges as a clearance plant, suffering from a fungal issue when I got her, loosing one of three plants, and having to remove many leaves. She grew back twice as big and has now given me my first home grown bloom 🌱πŸͺ΄πŸ«ΆπŸ»πŸŒΈ plants always know how to surprise us and can be so resilient and rewarding. I’m glad I gave this plant a chance and was able to realize she is just as special and worthy as all plants. I’m glad to see yours is doing so well too 🫢🏻🌱
Do you have a photo of how she looked on August the 10th?
wow!!!
Wow look at those blooms ! She is so gorgeous!! Mine recently started growing a bloom stalk recently as you know ! Yours looks so happy and healthy !
She’s a beauty!
@SvelteKingfern I do, but I have trouble posting pics in comments. It’s on her profile.
@TidyTigerpear Aww πŸ₯° They’re always full of surprises and this one is definitely one that has proved me wrong in thinking she wouldn’t do well. For a long time she didn’t seem to grow much then BLOOMS! πŸ˜‚β€οΈπŸͺ΄πŸŒΊ Succulents are one of my favorites !
@RefinedSandwort Thank you!
Ok πŸ™‚
@ThePlantMomLife that’s awesome ! She is one gorgeous plant that is for sure !! I can’t wait for mine to bloom like yours 🌸😊 what kind of light conditions do you keep yours in prior to its bloom ? And should I fertilize it lightly while it’s trying to bloom ? (I dilute my fertilizer to avoid burning roots)
There's the same photo of Dinah in your Oasis as here .
@SvelteKingfern Sorry about that. I thought it was visible.
@TidyTigerpear Can’t wait to see yours too! They’re so much fun to watch ❀️ I’ve really just left her alone and she’s been in a south window constantly. She was fertilized when I got her.
πŸ™‚ nice growth,
Thank you
@SvelteKingfern You’re welcome ☺️
