Anyone else have an Aglaonema like mine with a β€œtrunk” in...

#Aglaonema #HappyPlants #PlantsMakePeopleHappy
8” pot with drainage
Last watered 3 days ago
I don’t have one but follow what you think you should do and research this plant a bit, for me google always saves the day!
I have a red Siam aurora Aglaonema that’s the same! She looks like a pink tree πŸ˜‚
I think it's normal for them to become kind of tree-like
I have learned from experience that he HATES too much water πŸ’¦. I almost killed him once. He’s ten years old and super important to me. We have been through a lot of ups and downs!! πŸ₯°
@ChelleMiCorGenX I have exactly the opposite, with the bushy leaves. They are definitely not a fan of overwatering. What about buying a moisture meter to monitor your plant’s intake of water.
For some kinds it’s normal. I have more than 10. Some are bushier, some grow like this :)
It depends on the aglaonema. It seems the more 'natural' varieties [those with the whites, but not to contrasting] have a tendency to become like this after some time
#Aglaonema is on my do not adopt list lol very emotional plants lol
