What are these pests and how do I get rid of them?

I was watering my plants today and I saw these tiny little guys in one of the last plants I was watering. I know the pictures aren’t the greatest, but the best I could get. They’re white, have little antennae and seemed to stay in the soil. Can anyone tell me what they are and how to get rid of them. And should I treat all the plants? They’ve been in tight quarters for a little too long. But I just got a new place, again, and they’ll have more room to spread out and grow now.

They look like soil mites! Mites are an integral part of the soil food web, as well as playing an important role in decomposition, nutrient cycling, spreading beneficial bacteria and spores and aiding soil fertility.

Your soil seems to be quite healthy!

Can't tell what they are, but Neem Oil treats a fairly wide variety of pests. Use as a soil drench. Keep in mind the possibility that these are "good guys" and keeping other bad bugs away. You need to get one of them and look up close, maybe Google it, and then you'll know what you're dealing with.

@VerdantFlora they look to me like some sort of aphid 🤔 I know who will probably be able to give you a better answer @PlantMompy @sarahsalith any idea ladies?
