Hello everyone. I hope you are well. I’ve always prided myself identifying and photographing native plants and a few invasive ones too. As I had stated earlier, I’ve given up trying to fight the invasive plants here. I live right on the edge of a state Forest, in the rural south, where anything grows and anything goes. For those of you have never seen this one, it’s also a new one to me, this has been popping up in my yard by the dozens. This is called an elephant’s foot plant or devil‘s grandma. @theplantedone43 , now I am seeing that these plants are commercially available. To me it’s just invasive weed as they are hundreds of them growing on my property. They’re going to meet my lawnmower soon.
