@Malagueña haha, I love it! My mom used to make us “Enchanted Broccoli Forest” for dinner sometimes. It was from the Moosewood cookbook. I don’t remember everything in it but it was a large casserole dish with rice and lots of broccoli florets on top, standing up, like they were a forest of trees 🌳 🌳 🌳 🥦 And yes, my parents are hippies 😜😂
