Why are these little guy’s leaves turning brown?? And wow, this plant has attitude!

I keep mine in a terrarium. Just a mason jar with pear in it (just enough to cover the bottom and then put the plant in and cover the roots). You can then add water to make the soil moist (not wet) I had not had to water it in the 2 months since I got is and it has doubled in size!

Mine does the same thing.. definitely the hardest plant i have to keep alive..
