Good evening everyone. I hope you are doing well. This is my blanket plant that I bought at the County master gardeners nursery about three months ago. It has not stopped blooming. A friend of mine also has one and hers has not stopped blooming either. Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a plant bloom this much. Monstera problems I repotted my monstera a few weeks back, thought she’s enjoy a good soaping from the rain and now my leaves are turning yellow. 🥲I don’t know if it’s fungus because she only a little damp not wet inside. Oh no - Spider troubles! The tips of my plant started browning recently and then today I noticed there was a spider web from leaf to leaf. Please help! What can I do to save my plant? Is the spider causing damage or possibly something else? #Yucca #yuccahelp

I just finished acclimating my bulbasour TC. The newest leaf has not hardened off yet, but Im hoping it looks more like the second leaf than the first when it’s done🤞

Happy Wednesday at #TheWateringHole my lovely plant people 🤍🌿 The last few days have been quite hot, so I am actually so thankful to see that starting tomorrow it looks like we’re due for almost a week of rain 😮‍💨 🙌 I have not done any laundry, or much else around the house because of the heat. 🥵 I have spent some time checking on my cucumeris mites though 🤓 I just love them. It’s supposed to be less than 90°F/32°C today, so today I play catch-up. Luckily for me, my adhd brain takes that as a challenge. 3 days of work in a few hours? Challenge accepted!! For pictures, we’ve got a new tortum leaf, a ridiculously long latifolia vine that I very much need to make a trellis for, some broadmite ICU patients (my poor beauty star 😭 but she’s hanging on! ) and an excellent microscope that attaches to your phone making taking and sharing pictures a piece of cake, and a picture from said microscope. Green circle is my beneficial predatory mite; the N. cucumeris, and red circle is a feeder mite. ⏱️Want to be notified of these posts when they come out? Hello everyone. It’s a hot one in Central Florida today. The heat index is 111 with an actual heat of 94. It started raining out, and it is cooling things down a little. I moved to a very rural area of Florida many years ago. I took all the swamp photos that I post. This is a photo of the Withlacoochee River which is lined with thousands of Cypress trees and is near my house. This photo is located off a bike trail.
