#Philodendron hope someone can give you some good advice iβm somewhat new with the philodendrons and donβt know myself exactly where to cut them to propagate them. I just usually repot them and separate them that way. οΏΌ
@debbiecakes @OhGollyItsJolly donβt be afraid to ask questions! Itβs how we all learn. Your brasil isnβt a plant like a forsythia, that needs certain pruning every year to encourage more growth, itβs a vine, so any trimming you do is strictly for your own wishes. For my brasil and other vining plants, I usually snip individual nodes that each have one leaf off. The node is the part on the stem where a leaf sprouts off from, and where little nubs of adventitious roots are growing. Adventitious roots mean they are roots that can grow in places on the plant other than the main underground root system. So if you cut off a piece of brasil vine with a leaf and little root nubs and place it in dirt, water, perlite etc, you will get roots growing there and it starts a new plant. Anyhoo, where was I? So since I always start with baby plants, I will propagate new little plants and pot them back in my pot to eventually give my plant a fuller, bushier appearance, then I let my vines grow lonnng. π

@DreamMachine my sunroom seems so naked in the summer bc I put so much is out in nature. In winter it turns it to summer in doors π«Άπ½I need a greenhouse βlow-key want to open a local private nurseryβ gonna be crowded this winter for sure lol
