Hard to say without a current image. But my guess is yes, if its placed with the right lighting and watering schedule. The leaves falling may also be a sign if root burn from the fertilizer. Try less than suggested if it a soil fertilizer; if liquid, try a mixture it two parts water (2/3 cup) for 1 part(1/3) fertilizer. I wouldn’t fertilize more than 3 months out of the year.
It sounds like your Caladium lindenii magnificum had a rough time after fertilization. Don't worry, there's still hope to bring it back to its full glory - @user34532674 a picture would help I’ll give you a general overview- If the fertilization caused damage, it's important to flush out the excess nutrients. Water the plant thoroughly to help leach out any remaining fertilizer from the soil. After the fertilization mishap, it might take some time for your Caladium to recover. Be patient and give it the care it needs. Make sure you're watering appropriately. Keep the soil consistently moist but not waterlogged. Use well-draining soil to prevent root rot. Caladiums prefer bright, indirect light. Avoid direct sunlight, as it can scorch the leaves. If your plant lost all its leaves, it might take a while for new ones to emerge. Be sure to provide the right conditions for growth. Once your plant shows signs of recovery and new growth, you can introduce diluted fertilizer. Use a balanced, water-soluble fertilizer and follow the recommended dilution on the label…. Remember, plants have an amazing ability to bounce back, especially if they're given the right care. With some time and attention, your Caladium lindenii magnificum can make a comeback and show off its beauty once again!
The leaves look good to me
