You may or may not have pests. I see on your plant card, you have a planter with no drainage. Dracaena do not like to be waterlogged. You should always use a planter with drainage holes. More than likely your Dracaena is sitting in water, they prefer for their soil to be bone dry. They also dislike tap water, they prefer filter or distilled water. ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ๏ฟผ
