Your cactus seems to be rotting. Unfortunately there’s no way to revert back any damage as the damage is inside the cactus.

When you try to repot, the cactus will fall apart, as it is mushy and rotted in the inside. I’m so sorry 😔🌵💚

This issue seems to be overwatering.

@JujuGreenThumb  Cactuses are VERY hardy plants. Watering once every 2 weeks is plenty for cactuses! Hope I was able to answer your question! 😊🌵💚
