Help!!!

So from my other post yesterday, I left the plant alone and it just kept losing leaves!! Now it's dying and I don't know what to do... Is the stem still alive or once a succulent loses its leaves it's just completely dead.. please #help!!

This plant was overwatered or has damaged roots. It looks like it is dying from the rot.
This black stuff in the center - is rot.
@izzyandsugar I agree with @vvvelo this one looks like it has rotted in the crown. 😔 It’s a goner unfortunately 😢 I didn’t see this one in your post from before?

Your succulents will be much happier in a mix that has a lot of extra amendments added. It looks like they might still be in the nursery soil? That soil is ok for nurseries with their ideal conditions, but it retains far too much water in our homes. 💦

@Succulent_Soul nah theres rot at the base of all the leaves
