Hello plant friends ✨🌿💛 It’s Monday at #TheWateringHole and my Hoya sp aff burtoniae has BLOOMED!!!
He smells delicious. To me he’s like an incredibly buttery caramel or butterscotch. But it’s so funny how scent is objective, I brought him to my kiddo to smell, and they said “smells like yogurt.”

I ordered one that is in a 6 inch pot and it’s supposed to be here Thursday. I also got an ivy tree yesterday but it’s outside in quarantine because I saw a small bug of some sort on it. I’m thinking it was just a gnat or something from outside, but I did my usual “prevention routine.” Neem oil and Castile soap spray.

@izzyandsugar the funny thing was, if I really concentrated, I could almost imagine yogurt. But really to me it smells caramely. It’s just goes to show that how different we can sense things from one another 😅

@MariansOasis ahahaha, I did! The picture was from last night but we have had a glorious last few days of cool rainy weather. Wearing a sweater is so nice!!!! And right now at noon today, it is a breezy 65° 😮💨🥰 I could NOT handle 100° 😱😱😱
