Hello my loves! 🥰🌿 Happy Friday!! How has your week been? ♥️ I had a magical, or religious experience (pick what you like 😁) in the forest 🌲🌲🌲a couple days ago, and am still feeling the benefits. 🧘♀️☮️😌 Powell Butte Nature Park is only 6 minutes away from me and I’m kicking myself that I haven’t spent every single weekend there! (I’d only ever been there as a late-night college reveller OR more recently, barely inside the borders with elementary children for a picnic) 🥴
I can’t believe I didn’t know the trails through the forest existed, and we only did maybe a quarter of them. 😱🌲🌲🌲🪺🍄🌲🌸 As we got under the canopy, everything became suddenly hushed, except for the songbirds and ravens. Lovely old trees covered with moss and ferns. Trilliums on the forest floor and pacific wrens flitting around.
