So after a disappointing day at work. I decided that I was finally going to drive over to Home Depot. I hate driving on that side of town. If bumper cars and the Indy 500 had a baby it would be that side of town. I have been seeing all over Facebook that Home Depot had Hoyas. They do!!!! 😍 So many at different prices. I didn't find the one I was looking for but I did pick up some cuties. I also got a echeveria article frost at Lowes the other day. I saw a woman on Facebook that used a metal ring as a trellis for a hoya. I attached it with the hook. I just wish I could find somewhere to hang it 😕. I was over dropping off some caladiums to family and a few friends and just had to share how beautiful they have gotten. Three or four actually have flowers! Which is so exciting to me. Good morning! Question for all of my #HoyaHeads #TheWateringHole folks and others who are hoya obsessed! 🤩 Many of you remember my plant mail heuschkeliana variegated disaster (long story short, mail person set it behind my car and my husband ran over it. I had to start it all from cuttings again.) The cuttings are rooting and beginning to send out new leaves , but they’re completely white! I’m not quite sure what to do about it. Any tips? This is Abyt, my little mantis buddy. 😍😍🖤 He loves to "hang out" (see what I did, there? 😂) on Zenai, one of my two braided trees. I'm not sure if he actually lives ON her, but that is the only place I ever see him, so it's a fair enough assumption. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️😂 And yes, I'm almost certain it's the same mantis. They grow plenty of new leaves but never any babies. I fertilize every other watering with orchid fertilizer finding its better for growing than the airplant fertilizer. Please correct me if wrong . I water every six days in summer and eight to nine in winter. Why why why am I not producing babies 👶

Hello everyone, I hope you’re having a very good day. Here’s an update on my Chaste Tree. This is the tree that several weeks ago was shipped to me diseased and bug infested. I cured it and I believe it is healthy enough to be planted into the ground. So, this evening I put it in the ground. I am going to put some mulch around it tomorrow morning. Here are blooms from my, two, new Blanket Plants. When I first saw this plant among the real ones at a local grocery store I thought it was a fake someone left there. Turns out its real which makes it so neat I had never seen one like it. Cleaning? So, I never paid a bunch of attention to if and how dirty my plants were. Until today. ☹️ I went to water my Pink Princess and was horrified. Dirty, Durty, Dirty!!! It’s only been a week since I got my new gloves and plant wipes- and cleaned for the first time, and I shouldn’t be surprised as all my plants are out back on the patio….but wow. So- sat out there cleaning all the plants (well, not the cacti!). Look at this dirt!! Gloves and wipe from just 2 plants are both - gross. Nap Time! 😂😂 well I finally repotted my Boston Fern. This old girl needs a good, long- nap! It took me almost 2 hours of struggling, cussing, kicking and -well more cussing…in this 98 degree heat…to get this beast out of the pot. 🫣 it is 38 inches tall and 43 inches wide…and weighed a ton. Pretty sure I pulled out 25 leaves, if not more. Roots were wrapped around top and bottom on of the planter. What- the middle section stank??!?? My sister is moving into a new house and when I went inside to have a look around I saw this staggered shelf table in a corner. I commented that I've been looking for something just like it to put in my living room so I can move my monstera and a couple of other plants over to the windows (they've been living on my kitchen counter). AND SHE TOLD ME TO TAKE IT!! 😍😍😍 It's obviously built to be a corner table BUT I'LL MAKE IT WORK! 😂 I'm now considering mounting a moss pole to the wall for Athena. 🤔🤔 What do you guys think??
