Mammillaria polythele is possibly what that one is
Looks like a mammillaria. Let me check

@JaylovesU I have several mammillarias. They are always awesome. Has it ever flowered before? That can make it easier to tell which type.

No but they are a dark pink I know that

@JaylovesU when it does flower again you can search to see which one has matching flowers. But I think it may be the Mammillaria polythele
@JaylovesU they do usually have similar flowers. One of mine has yellow flowers but most of the others are pink like that one I sent
